Got it and not loving it? Mail it back to us in 7 days, we provide you full refund or exchange.
We guarantee your zero risk purchase experience here. For any reasons you are not satisfied with the orders, just feel free contact to us. We will try our best to solve the problem for you.
1, Quality problems: If the products are not the same as our description or broken in transit, please take clearly photos in 7 days after you received and send photos. We will provide you refund or replacement after we confirm.
2, Any other reasons: For any reasons you don't like the products, please contact us in 15 days after you received the orders, please make sure the products are in original condition and undertake the shipping cost by yourself. We will provide refund or replacement after we received the returned products.

1) All returns must be sent back to our address on the return form and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
2) Returned items must be in unworn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) jewelfriends.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. jewelfriends.com reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
4) jewelfriends.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Customer is responsible for any tax incurred for the return. Item must be returned to the address stated on your return form.
5) jewelfriends.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, jewelfriends.com's decision will be final.

6) Unwanted or unopened items returned to jewelfriends.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. jewelfriends.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
7) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in about 7 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by jewelfriends.com.
*Registered airmail cost and express shipping cost are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item, you can mark it on your return form and we will ship the requested exchanged size to you for free.

Return form is included in your parcel, if you miss the form, please kindly request a return or exchange via email
